  1. Looks like a great high protein breakfast with a good source of simple carbs, fiber, and healthy fats. I couldn’t personally handle the texture of the sheer amount of natto and egg thats in there compared to the rice, but if you can I really can’t think of a much healthier quick breakfast option.

Goo city… bet it goes down fast and easy lol

I can smell this picture and it’s making me dry heave lmfao.

Somehow its not the raw egg, the bean ferment, nor the okra slime, but the okra taste that nopes me out.

Good on you though! I bet it digests realllll easy.

Sometimes I do this and mix in some cut up hot dogs

My cat once left one of these by my door one morning, I didn’t notice until I stepped barefoot into it and got hit with the smell.

You’re waiting for the day that you’re 100 years old and the reporters ask what your weird quirky secret to longevity is. I see your plan.

I love natto and this combo of ingredients sounds great, but my question is what has made the natto so thinned out and creamy (and bubbly)?

  10. Comrade_Falcon

Not satisfied with the sliminess of natto alone, let’s ensure we have an egg in it’s slimiest form and the slimiest green vegetable available. Want to add in some mountain yam?

Is it just the yolks or are the whites in there too? I could probably deal with raw yolks but not the whites…

  12. kingepoch

I wouldn’t eat that if I was starving dang

  13. Main-Emphasis-2692

Oh god… oh god… please no..

No offense, but reading this and seeing the image just about made me regurgitate. It’s mostly the raw egg. I like a fried egg with a runny yellow, but the white must be set.

  15. MAN_KEGELS

Is the raw egg white mixing with the natto to create that slimy foam? I would eat this if u cooked the egg dang

  16. Eis_ber

I love natto, and I love okra, but I don’t think I can love them together like this.

Lest we forget Japanese eggs are fine raw

  18. PeaOk5697

What does raw egg taste like compared to fried or cooked eggs?

  19. Lost me at raw egg.

Sunny side that binch, splash of soy sauce and fuck yes.

dude this is like the three worst things you could put together on a plate

honestly i don’t actually believe this was eaten by a human

Looks like a great meal for a dietary challenge

  22. thetruelu

Do you eat it for the taste or the nutrients?

  23. Anyashadow

Any reason why you don’t cook the okra? I love okra but not sure about fresh. If you don’t want to bother cooking it, you could try pickled, it’s really good!

  24. Zoldrik190

Try switching okra with jalapeño see what it taste like also I’ve never eaten nato so my suggestion is just random

In Japanese, this kind of slimy food is called Neba-Neba. I’m not sure if that’s onomatopoeia, you’re never-never going to die, or it’s Peter Pan food that keeps you young.

Either way, even my family, most of whom are Japanese, wouldn’t eat *that* monstrosity.

  26. RadicalNBSpaceQueer

Looks like a meal you’d give your dog for a shinier coat or something lmao

You will live forever, but at what cost?

Reminds me of the consistency of either bacterial vaginosis or trichomonas. Sincerely someone that performs several Pap smears with swabs a week 😬

Looks more like Trich with the bubbles which is not ideal

I feel there’s so many better health foods you could eat that aren’t all individually torturous
